I love music and dancing. I cannot imagine life without them. In the last few years my fitness has been a low priority. 2023 is about changing that. The content is fantastic! Easy to follow and perfectly explained. It's fun and challenging. Definitely works up a sweat. I have been doing the workout and am committing to do it every day. Today is the second day and I can feel muscles I had forgotten about. But it's a good thing.
